Kobola – They Will Come Strong

Baroka assistant coach Vincent Kobola has warned his team that Orlando Pirates will be motivated after recent form when the two teams meet tonight in the DStv Premiership.

Pirates host Baroka at the Orlando Stadium, knowing that a victory for the Buccaneers, could move the team into fourth, or even third position on the log.

Baroka are 15th, and while they lost in their last game against Golden Arrows, Kobola says the team responded well to Kgoloko Thobejane’s tactics, and they are looking to turn their fortunes around.

“Ja, coming from the loss against Golden Arrows, we had to go back to the drawing board and try fix certain things,” Kobola told Baroka’s media department.

“And ja, as much as much as we lost against Golden Arrows, the boys they responded very well to our tactics and stuff, it’s just unfortunately lost 3-2.

“And now we are looking forward to playing Orlando Pirates, which I think they are on fire, they’ve beaten Stellenbosch, and they went away to play CAF and they got a result.

“I think they are motivated, they will come strong, they’re playing at home, we are playing away.

“But ja, we are prepared, we had a successful week of preparations.

“So we’ll go out and compete. It’s not gonna be an easy game, but I think the boy are ready and we are all ready to to go out there and get the result.”
