Two More Chiefs Targets Revealed
After Kaizer Chiefs have all but agreed deals for nine signings already, here are two more targets on the shopping list of the Glamour Boys.
Amakhosi have worked tirelessly to revamp their squad after being banned from registering players over the last two transfer windows.
However, with the FIFA ban set to expire by the end of the month, winds of change are ringing at Naturena.
This publication understands that as many as nine players are as good as done already, but the club are keen on even more new faces.
After the Amakhosi are understood to be keen on completing the signing of SA U23 captain Tercious Malepe(full story in this week’s iDiski Times, edition 23), they could be chasing more players from the current U23 team which will be heading to the Olympics next month.
iDiski Times has learned that SuperSport United and Bafana Bafana duo Teboho Mokoena and Sipho Mbule are topping Chiefs list of further targets.
It remains to be seen how the growing list of new arrivals will impact the current squad, with several players believed to leave the club in the coming weeks.
