Former Barcelona star Samuel Eto’o has yet again found himself on the wrong side of the law after been handed a six-month ban from attending national team matches by FIFA for allegedly breaching two articles of the governing body’s disciplinary code. In July, the 43-year-old president of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT), was acquitted of charges for alleged match-fixing and breaching ethical principles, subsequently being fined $200,000 by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for an ethics breach.
