South African tactician Bradley Carnell has won his first piece of silverware in the US with Philadelphia Union after guiding them to the 2025 Supporters’ Shield. Orlando Pirates will face Saint-Eloi Lupopo in the second preliminary round of the CAF Champions League. The Buccaneers beat Lioli 7-0 on aggregate in the first preliminary round, and are currently on an eight-match winning run across all competitions.
