Castillo, 31, quickly emerged as a fan favourite at Chiefs shortly after his arrival, when he joined the club from Monagas SC where he scored 11 goals in 46 games prior to his transfer to South Africa. His goal-scoring threat from midfield and consistent performances saw him feature in 32 of their 35 games in all competitions, but in an overall forgettable season for Amakhosi as the campaign in a record low of 10th place in the league.

Orlando Pirates have confirmed the loan of the Monnapule Saleng to Orbit College for the 2025/26 season. The 27-year-old speedster hasn’t featured for the Buccaneers since December 2024 when they played against Al Ahly SC in the CAF Champions League group stages match at Orlando Stadium.
