Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster and his Burnley FC have secured promotion to the Premier League.
The Clarets got relegated under Vincent Kompany last season but immediately secured their return under Scot Parker, who had replaced Kompany following his move to Bayern Munich.
On Monday, Burnley beat third-placed Sheffield United 2-1 to open an 8-point gap with just two games left to play.
Burnley moved to 94 points from 44 games and – along with Leeds United, who have the same points tally – cannot be fetched by Sheffield.
What’s even more impressive about The Clarets campaign is that they’ve only conceded 15 goals so far this season, keeping 29 clean sheets.
Foster featured in 27 games, scoring two goals while assisting five more.
