It’s a new dawn for Arrows after the exit of Manqoba Mnqqithi and his technical team, with Pitso Dladla now at the helm, while several key players have departed.
However, they continue their drive of securing promising talent from the lower leagues, with Mbatha now penning a three-year deal.
Buthelezi, meanwhile, is no stranger to the top-flight having previously been on the books of Richards Bay. The 23-year-old winger was one of the exciting talents in the second tier and has penned a three-year contract.
The club has cashed in on Siyanda Ndlovu and Isaac Cisse, while Phillips, Philani Sithebe, Sanele Tshabalala, Lwanda Mbanjwa and Brendon Theron have left the club.
