Done Deal: Human Completes AmaZulu Move

AmaZulu have completed the signing of Rowan Human from Maritzburg United on a long-term contract.

Human, 22, looked set to join Kaizer Chiefs from the Team of Choice after their relegation from the DStv Premiership but Amakhosi are said to have pulled out of the move.

This left Usuthu in pole position to land the services of the Bafana Bafana midfielder, who competed with the national team in the recent Cosafa Cup tournament.

iDiski Times sources confirmed Human was at the club’s training ground today and penned his contract ahead of his official unveiling within the coming days.

It represents a major coup for new head coach Pablo Franco Martin who has been in search of a playmaker ahead of the new season.

The former Bidvest Wits academy product spent time in Isreal with Maccabi Tel Aviv before returning home to Maritzburg where he scored four goals and registered as many assists in 52 games over the last season and a half.
