Magesi FC head coach Owen Da Gama couldn’t confirm if the side was getting Bongani Sam on loan from Kaizer Chiefs on Deadline Day.
On Tuesday, SABC Sport reported that the sides concluded a deal that will see the left-back finish the season in Limpopo.

Sam joined Amakhosi from rivals Orlando Pirates at the beginning of the campaign but is yet to feature for Chiefs after picking up a serious injury in pre-season.
Da Gama’s side exited the Nedbank Cup in the first round, going down 2-0 to SuperSport United in their back yard on Tuesday evening.
Now Dikwena Tṧa Meetse have to fight to get out of the relegation zone in the league with the coach admitting that he still needed to strengthen the side with at least two more players.
When asked if one of those players was Sam, the former TS Galaxy and Black Leopards coach remained coy.

“I cannot reveal that because there’s a lot of negotiations carrying on,” said Da Gama.
“And they’re trying to finalize the issues. So how quickly they’ll be able to do that, and whether they can do that, it’s a very difficult question to answer.”
Magesi or Chiefs are yet to give an update on Sam’s potential move.
