Ralani Spotted At New PSL Club

Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City winger Bradley Ralani has been spotted training with Cape Town Spurs on Wednesday morning.

Ralani, 36, recently left Sundowns after his 18 months contract expired in June.

The former City attacker joined Downs in January 2022 and made 16 appearances in the second half of the 2021/22 campaign, including five CAF Champions League matches, scoring four times.

But the Kimberly-born player only made 13 appearances across the 2022/23 season, scoring two goals, and saw himself falling down the pecking order under Rulani Mokwena.

Information gathered by iDiski Times is that Ralani has arrived at iKamva in the early hours of Wednesday morning and had his first training session with the club.

Spurs look to rope in the experienced attacker as they continue to fight for their survival. Having worked with new Spurs assistant Vasili Manousakis at Cape Town City could lead to the deal being sealed quickly.

The Urban Warriors will travel to Gauteng on Thursday, as they will face Orlando Pirates in the Carling Knockout Cup Round of 16 on Friday.

So far, Spurs have lost all of their eight games in the 2023/24 campaign, which led to the departure of Shaun Bartlett.
