Chippa United have announced their first signing ahead of the new signing, having brought in a young Malian midfielder.
Aboubacar Bemba Sangare, who played in the GladAfrica Championship for Jomo Cosmos last season, is the player and question, and has signed a three year deal.
Sangare featured 22 times for Jomo Sono’s team in the 2020/2021 season, scoring twice.
The 21-year-old had previously played in Tunisia with CS Hamman-Lif and in Togo with Togo-Port, after having first come through at Liberty Academie.
Chippa are yet to appoint a new coach after Lehlohonolo Seema’s exit at the end of the PSL Promotion/Relegation Playoffs, where Chippa were able to secure their DStv Premiership status.
