With exactly a year to go to the day, FIFA President Gianni Infantino has sent a message to the teams participating in next year’s FIFA Club World Cup.
Mamelodi Sundowns are of course one of those teams that will be participating as one of the CAF qualifiers alongside Al Ahly, Wydad Athletic and Esperance.

“Dear football fans from all over the world!” Infantino wrote on social media.
“In exactly a year’s time, the new FIFA Club World Cup with 32 teams from all six continental confederations will kick-off.
“Get ready, as the best global club competition is about to start!
“You will see what you have never seen before and experience what you have never experienced before: the best of the best from all over the globe and at the end: only one will be the true WORLD CHAMPION!”
