Stellenbosch Head Coach Steve Barker says new Nigerian signing Ibraheem Jabaar is a very industrious player with a lot of potential.
Jabaar joins Nigerian compatriot Stanley Dimgba at the club.
The teenager and former Nigerian Youth International star was officially unveiled by the club earlier this week.
“Yes, we’re very excited with our new signing Ibraheem,” Barker told the club’s media department.
“We found him through our recruitment structures and processes, and and we invited him to come and train with us. When he did come and train with us, he really impressed us – technically a very good player, a very industrious player, a player that plays with courage and personality on the field.”
“And, his technical ability in tight spaces is really good. And he’s got a good character about him and we’re very excited and the prospect and the future that he has with us at the club, and we can only wish him well.”
