Cape Town City have announced a new coach in Matt Haywood, who will be leading their under-21 team this season in the Diski Challenge.
The young coach, with a UEFA-A Licence, previously worked at Hellenic and Stellenbosch, while he has also had experience working across the world, in countries like the UK and USA.
Haywood is well regarded in football circles for developing young players, and he will be looking to bring that experience to the City fold.
City have had a lot of restructuring in the youth department, and former Hellenic coach Neven Payne has also joined the club as the coach of their SAB team.
Cape Town City welcomes Neven Payne, as the new head coach of the club's U19 SAB team.
