Kaizer Chiefs winger Keagan Dolly has named three Amakhosi starlets who he believes will soon have the whole country on their feet, while also naming his three favourite young DStv Premiership stars.
The 28-year-old has set the domestic league alight with last few performances that saw him being involved in six goals over the last three matches.
However, Dolly also believes there are other names who are already and will soon dominate the headlines in SA football.
“I’ve been watching Ethan Brooks. Teboho Mokoena has been playing in the PSL for the past few years, Sipho Mbule has been doing well,” he told Thomas Mlambo on the Ultimate Sport Show.
“And there are a few youngsters at Kaizer Chiefs. (Nkosingiphile) Ngcobo, who is a fantastic player. Happy Mashiane, (Sabelo) Radebe, they’re all doing very well and I think it’s just a little more time and then they’ll show the whole country what they can produce.”
Dolly was asked whether the level in the PSL has changed from when he first came through before leaving to France and after his return.
“(The standard) is more or less the same, to be honest. There is obviously a few good youngsters coming up,” he said.
“You know new coaches in the game that are trying to change the way we play in South Africa, which is good.
“But in terms of the style of play and everything it’s more a less the same.”
