Galaxy Ready To Let Go Of Brooks

TS Galaxy boss Tim Sukazi says they would not hesitate to accept any serious offer for the club’s star Ethan Brooks, as he levels him as a most prized player.

The 20-year-old has been settled at the Rockets since he joined in 2019, and has also become a regular member of Hugo Broos’ Bafana Bafana squad.

Brooks became a key player for the club, having played 12 matches for his side in 13 games played in the DStv Premiership so far.

“Ethan (Brooks) has become our most prized asset that no one can deny,” Sukazi said on PSL Now.

“So yeah, look, there have been some inquiries here and there, and are as a football club, we do things that make sense to us as a business.

“So if anything makes sense, definitely will be willing and able to consider and entertain, but so far, there has been nothing really, and we believe we are good enough football club to have international players.

“I mean, it’s not the last there will be a lot more to come from us and indeed, with that, there comes the strength of the team. So, our best position is to really hold on to our best prized asset. We will try to do that, and hopefully, we’ll right.

“Yeah, like I said, if things do make sense, definitely we are quite sensible people. If things do make commercial sense, business sense and make good sense to the club itself, definitely we are willing to listen. I’m sure we’ll make things happen, and not only for us, but for the career of the player.”
