Eric Mathoho will miss Tuesday’s DSTV Premiership clash between Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs.
Mathoho is the only player suspended for the mid-week games scheduled by the league. Bloemfontein Celtic host Black Leopards on Wednesday.
Mathoho picked up a red card in the MTN8 semi-final second leg loss against Orlando Pirates.
Swallows are currently second on the log, while Chiefs are eleventh, however only three points separate the two Soweto teams, so a lot will be at stake at Dobsonville on Tuesday.
While no other players are suspended there are a few players who have already collected 2 yellows cards this season, despite the fact that only 4 matches have been played.
They are Keegan Ritchie and Tlakusani Mthethwa from Swallows, Kearyn Baccus from Chiefs, Celtic’s Jackson Mabokgwane, Mzwanele Mahashe Justice Chabalala and Motebang Sera, and Lifa Hlongwane from Leopards
