Former Bafana Bafana striker Lars Veldwijk has found a new club, joining Emirates FC in the United Arab Emirates. It will be the third UAE club for the 34-year-old South African/Dutch striker, who only left Dibba Al-Hisn SC earlier this year. Veldwijk won seven caps for Bafana between 2016 and 2019, last featuring at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
