Official: Sundowns Winger Completes Move To Europe

Mamelodi Sundowns winger Thapelo Maseko has joined Cypriot side AEL Limassol on loan, as previously reported by iDisk Times. The loan move until the end of the season was confirmed by the Cypriot side, where he will link up with South African compatriot Luther Singh. Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has reacted to new signing Brayan Leon’s performance on the player’s debut in the 2-0 win over Orbit College in Tshwane on Monday evening. Leon, 25, joined the defending champions Betway Premiership earlier this month and made his debut coming off the bench at the start of the second half. Pirates Confirm Striker’s Loan

Orlando Pirates have confirmed the loan of Tshegofatso Mabasa to Stellenbosch for the remainder of the 2025/26 season. iDiski Times had previously reported the move after Mabasa joined Gavin Hunt’s team for training on the weekend. Mabasa, who was a regular at Pirates last season under Jose Riveiro, featured just five times in the league for Abdeslam Ouaddou’s team this season, scoring one goal. Exclusive: Pirates Set To Make Decision on Shandu

Orlando Pirates are currently engaged in discussions with Bandile Shandu’s representative, Mike Makaab, concerning the player’s future. Shandu’s contract with the Buccaneers is set to expire at the end of the season.  This marks the sixth season the 31-year-old has spent with Ezimnyama Ngenkani, having joined the club from Maritzburg United at the start of the 2021/22 campaign. While he initially arrived as more of a midfielder, he has spent much of his time at Pirates operating in the right-back position.
