Three PSL Referees Included in AFCON Prep Course

Three PSL referees have been named on the list of officials selected to attend the upcoming AFCON preparation course. The continental showpiece will take place in Morocco between 21 December 2025 and 18 January 2026. Hugo Broos’ Bafana Bafana qualified for the competition, aiming to advance further than their semifinal exit in the last edition. In the tournament, South Africa could also be represented by three officials – Abongile Tom, Jelly Chavani [referees] and assistant referee Zakhele Siwela [assistant referee]. All three officials are included among the 101 referees who will attend next month’s training camp.
