SAFA Make Decisions On New TD & Ellis Future

The South African Football Association (SAFA) has announced the recommendations from their NEC meeting held in Mbombela on Tuesday, stating that Molefi Ntseki was endorsed as the association’s new Technical Director (TD). If gratified, the former Bafana Bafana coach will replace Walter Steenbok in the position and will be on a four-year contract according to a SAFA statement. Ntseki has already had engagements with FIFA with the football governing set to have agreed to support his programmes. Former SuperSport United midfielder Keenan Bezuidenhout resurfaced in the United Arab Emirates with the Gulf United B team. Bezuidenhout made his senior debut at SuperSport United before he joined Cape Town Spurs on loan towards the end of last season. The 23-year-old resurfaced at UAE side Gulf United’s B team and has already played two games. According to iDiski Times sources, he joined the UAE side as a free agent with the aim of impressing in the club’s leadership. The South African Football Association (SAFA) President Danny Jordaan says the Association has closed the matter that saw the senior national team docked points during the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and forging ahead.
