Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Edmilson Dove won Iraq Stars League with Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in his first season. Dove, 31, completed the move to Iraq in August last year after being released by Chiefs following the 2024/25 campaign. The left-back old has since made 24 appearances for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and created one assists. The Mozambican defender helped the Iraq giants to end their league drought, winning their first title in five years.
