South African national men’s U20 coach Raymond Mdaka says not a lot of things comes close to being honoured at home. Mdaka was one of the 10 recipients of the MEC’s Special recognition awards at the 2024 Limpopo Sports Awards ceremony held at Meropa Casino on Saturday evening. The former Marumo Gallants coach enjoyed a successful year with Amajita where they secured qualification for the 2025 U20 Africa Cup of Nations which also serves as an U20 World Cup qualifier scheduled for 26 April-18 May in Ivory Coast.
