Cape Town City have confirmed the signing of former Ajax Cape Town forward Mogamat May, as reported by iDiskiTimes last week.
The 23-year-old has secured his first professional contract in the DStv Premiership after moving to the lower leagues since leaving the now-defunct Ajax Cape Town.
May was part of the talented generation alongside Grant Margeman at Ikamva but after being promoted to the first-team as a teenager, saw his career stall before an incredible comeback that’s now seen him snapped up by City.
May provided 22 goal contributions in 10 games for Hanover Park FC this season in the Safa Third Division League in Cape Town.
