Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach Arthur Zwane has explained how much Stuart Baxter was involved in the preparations for the second leg against Wydad Casablanca.
Zwane and Dillon Sheppard will once again lead the squad from the sidelines, while Baxter is still awaiting his work permit.
However, Baxter has already helped behind the scenes to prepare his squad for the crucial second leg that could see Amakhosi qualify for the CAF Champions League final for a first time in history.
“Coach Stuart has been part and parcel of the team like any other member of the technical stuff,” Zwane told reporters.
“We share ideas, you know. Ten heads are better than one. So everyone is pulling their weight, everyone is trying to help the team for a good cause.
“We know how important it is for us to go to the final and also try to win it for the country and ourselves and for the team.”
Chiefs will host Wydad at the FNB Stadium at 18:00 on Saturday.
