Former Orlando Pirates winger Bernard Morrison has completed a return to Young Africans SC after leaving their fierce rivals Simba SC on a free transfer.
Morrison departed from the Simba first-team squad two months ago citing personal reasons amid the club’s struggles in the Tanzanian top flight.
The Tanzanian giants saw head coach Pablo Franco Martin sacked after being dumped out of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals at the hands of Orlando Pirates, losing the league and their Azam Sports Federation Cup failure, which were both secured by Yanga.

And on Sunday, a few hours after the club confirmed his contract would not be renewed, Yanga unveiled him as their latest signing after the acquisition of former Kaizer Chiefs striker Lazalous Kambole.

Morrison previously enjoyed an incredible season with Yanga back in 2020 which saw Simba snap him up in a highly controversial transfer where his contract was disputed by the Yanga heiracrhy.
However, all seems forgiven as the fan-favourite of the Ligi Kuu Bara has signed a reported three-year deal to bolster their attacking options for the 2022/23 CAF Champions League campaign.
