AmaZulu have confirmed the shirt numbers of their seven new signings ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Usuthu unveiled their new players during a ceremony on Thursday, when club president Sandile Zungu confirmed they are not done and more players will be unveiled in due course.
Meanwhile, the KZN-based outfit confirmed that South African U23 captain Tercious Malepe will get the number 4 shirt at the club.
The 24-year-old, who became the first player to represent South Africa at two Olympics, joins the club as a free agent after his contract with Ukrainian side FK Minaj had come to an end.
Philani Zulu is another player Usuthu picked up for free after the 28-year-old was released by Kaizer Chiefs recently. The defender will don the number 13 shirt at AmaZulu.
Keagan Buchanan is another former Chiefs player, who was signed on a free transfer, and the midfielder has received the 45, while his former Maritzburg United teammate Mxolisi Kunene will wear the number 36.
Young Ghanaian midfielder Matarr Cesaay picked up the 21, while MDC youngsters Tshepang Moremi and Lindani Shange will wear the 21 and 37, respectively.
