Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Mothobi Mvala has expressed his ambition for the season. The 26-year-old joined Masandawana in September on a five-year deal.
The Bafana Bafana International was an important member of Highlands Park, a team he helped get promoted to the Premier Division and then shepherded them to the MTN8 final in 2019.
Mvala joined Sundowns when Highlands Park sold its status to TS Galaxy. The player has not yet featured for his new club, only appearing in the matchday squad without playing a single minute as yet.
Speaking to the club’s website, Mvala said:
“I know that for me to play I must work hard and follow the instructions given to me by the technical team. I want to contribute to the team’s success and the only way to do that is to push myself. I want to win trophies with the team as that is the culture of the team and everyone can see that every season the club always win a trophy”.
Sundowns are top of the DStv premiership after 3 matches played.
