Marumo Gallants midfielder Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo’s agent Benjee Nkhato has confirmed that there is no official offer for his client from any interested team.
Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs were all previously understood to have been in a tussle over the signature of the Gallants star – but the move couldn’t happen at the time.
Benjee has now revealed that they have received some calls, but he couldn’t reveal from which clubs – as they are still waiting for official talks with Royal AM and AmaZulu now believed to be in the race to land his services.
The 26-year-old midfielder was consistent for Bahlabana Ba Ntwa in the first half of the campaign, providing two assists in the 18 matches he took part in.
“We have received calls but nothing in writing as yet, and I can’t reveal from which teams,” he revealed to iDiski Times.
“No formal talks as yet, but we are waiting, we are anticipating to receive formal offers.
“Remember, the player still has a contract with Gallants. The two teams must agree first before finalising with the player.
“If the clubs can agree [on] terms, he will definitely move, and obviously, we will do that with the blessing from his current club.”
