TS Galaxy owner Tim Sukazi has revealed that he’s written an official letter to the Premier Soccer League, requesting to investigate the roles of Orlando Pirates and chairman Dr. Ivin Khoza in the fracas at Orlando Stadium.
Sukazi had not been allowed entrance at Orlando Stadium and ugly scenes erupted ahead of Orlando Pirates DStv Premiership game against Galaxy on Saturday.
A video posted by the official account of TS Galaxy went viral, showing how the Sukazi was manhandled and he has since described the incident from his point of view at large.
Sukazi has revealed that he has written to the PSL and wants Pirates, as well as all officials, involved to be charged by the league.
“I’ve written to the PSL to advise me, us as TS Galaxy, on the steps that they will be taking on this incident,” he told Robert Marawa on Marawa Sports Worldwide.
“Most importantly I asked them to tell us exactly on what basis would an official of a club be refused access when they carry a NSL all-access card.
“To single out one official when everyone else from the same club, even the match commissioner, is carrying the same all-access card, I showed it to him, him and mine are the same.
“The league needs to specify if that all-access accreditation card has got no meaning or a definite meaning from a face value to something else.
“They need to clarify that for my benefit and for the broader benefits of the clubs.
“I’ve also asked for this kind of a conduct by Orlando Pirates, their officials and security personnel – will they (the PSL) be taking any kind of steps or if they wouldn’t, they must tell us what kind of steps they will be taking against them.
“They must tell us the steps they will be taking against Orlando Pirates, it’s officials and including the chairman.
“At least a determination has to be made whether or not he is liable or part of the situation because the security officers stated they did what they did on an order (by the chairman).
“The Head of Security said ‘The chairman said, I shouldn’t let you in, not even to the change room. It is his order, I cannot disobey the chairman.”
