Swallows and Cape Town City have confirmed their starting line-ups for this evening’s MTN8 semi-final second leg at Dobsonville Stadium.
The two teams played to a goalless draw in last month’s first leg game at the Athlone Stadium.
Last Friday they met again, this time in the DStv Premiership, and once again the match ended with a 0-0 scoreline.
However there has to be a winner tonight, as the teams battle it out for a place in the final against Mamelodi Sundowns after they beat Golden Arrows in the other semi.
Once again, acting coach Simo Dladla will be in charge at Swallows, with Brandon Truter still on ‘special’ leave.
In head to head to meetings, Swallows have a slight upper hand, with one win and three draws between the teams., Last season they beat City 3-2 at Dobsonville Stadium in the league, while the other fixture ended in a 1-1 draw in Cape Town.
