Zwane Reveals How Chiefs Will Approach Galaxy

Kaizer Chiefs interim coach Arthur Zwane has revealed which tactical approach his side will use in their must-win game against TS Galaxy.

The 47-year-old, along with Dillon Sheppard, took over the reins at Amakhosi after Gavin Hunt was sacked a week ago.

They got of to a perfect start, beating Golden Arrows 3-2 but now need to also defeat TS Galaxy in order to still sneak into the top eight.

Zwane has insisted that his side will go out “guns blazing” on Saturday because they want to secure the three points.

“It remains to be seen as to whether the approach will be the same (as usual) because now we want to be in the top eight, they already know top eight and if they lose the game we’ll kick them out of the top eight.

“So I think they will come into this to this game very, very cautious. They will want to secure a point at the same time trying by all means to get maximum points.

“So the team that’s gonna call out actually in both teams is us because we want to be in the top eight at all costs.

“So we’ll take the game to them and we are bound to be a bit vulnerable at the back but we have prepared for that as to when we lose position in certain areas of the field how we should maybe try and stop them from hurting us. So yeah, so far so good.

“But we going out you know guns blazing because we really need maximum points. A point will never help us.”

Chiefs currently sit on 33 points, three behind Galaxy and victory would see them overtake Saturday’s opponents.
