The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) have unveiled the new CAF Champions league trophy in Johannesburg on Thursday. The new trophy is the fifth different version for Africa’s elite club competition, with the latest design being in place between 2007 and 2024. World Football governing body FIFA have confirmed that clubs participating in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will be allowed to sign players during a special transfer window.
