Du Preez Fires Chiefs Past Magesi

Kaizer Chiefs secured a 1-0 win over Magesi thanks to a second half strike from Ashley du Preez. In the opening half devoid of any quality from both sides played at a lacklustre tempo, it was a rather concerning sight for Amakhosi. While the visitors were perhaps content to keep things simple and perhaps leave the Calabash with a point, they had the odd chance on the counter, but were unable to show composure to string a few passed together to hurt the high defensive line of Chiefs. The game went into the break goalless and head coach Nassredine Nabi
