2 Bafana Players In SofaScore Best Of AFCON Qualifiers XI

Two Bafana Bafana players have been included in Sofascore’s Best XI for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 2025 Qualifiers. Bafana qualified comfortably at the top of Group K, finishing unbeaten in their six games, winning four and drawing two. Two of the most influential players, Teboho Mokoena and Oswin Appollis, were recognised for their efforts and were included in SofaScore’s best XI. Four Moroccans were also included as were one each from Egypt, Tunisia, Nigeria, Gabon and Libya. Sofascore’s team was selected based on individual ratings awarded in each match, and their average overall over the six qualifying games.
