“The mood has been good in camp, and everyone is excited, we’re going to Polokwane to win this match.” Deano van Rooyen told the Stellenbosch FC media.

“Picking up the win away from home against Chippa United has given us a boost heading into these quarter-finals. We know it’s going to be a difficult game and that they are going to come out fully focused, but we are prepared for whatever they bring at us.

“We also know this feeling with cup competitions, having reached a couple of semi-finals, so we just need to find that edge to go one step further, just that little bit extra to get us over the line and eventually into a final.”
