Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro thanked the club’s management after becoming the longest-serving coach in the club’s history, beating Ruud Krol’s record. Riveiro is on the verge of finishing his third season at Pirates and has won five trophies since his arrival. The Spanish mentor was in charge of his 120th game as Pirates coach in their 0-0 stalemate with Stellenbosch FC on Tuesday, making him the longest-serving coach for the Buccaneers in the PSL era. Raymond Mdaka has announced his preliminary U20 men’s squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations.
