Richards Bay have been pitted against giant slayers Magesi FC with both sides set to fight it out for a place in the final on Saturday, 9 November, at King Zwelithini Stadium with kick off set for 15:00. Marumo Gallants, who eliminated cup holders Stellenbosch FC 1-0, take on Mamelodi Sundowns at 15:00 who themselves recorded a huge 4-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs. Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Cassius Mailula scored his first goal for Wydad Athletic Club to hand Rulani Mokwena a much-needed win. Mailula has had a tough start to life in Casablanca but scored the all-important 1-0 winner against FUS Rabat on Sunday. Mailula came off the bench in the 58th minutes with the game at 0-0 but scored a 88th-minute winner. The goal ended Mokwena’s run of successive defeats and saw Wydad climb up the table into fourth place.
